Ted Nugent denounced President Obama as a "subhuman mongrel" in an interview recently with Guns.com. Now libertarian presidential candidate Rand Paul, son of Ron Paul and Republican senator from Kentucky, has denounced Ted Nugent's comment."Ted Nugent's derogatory description of President Obama is offensive and has no place in politics. He should apologize," Rand said in a tweet to his supporters. Other Republican presidential candidates, Ted Cruz and Rick Perry specifically, dodged the issue. Rand is a lot like his straight talking dad Ron, so maybe a bright hope for the Republican Party.
